The EMP1.ax from Emlite is a three phase Current Transformer Operated smart meter that comes complete with a SIM card, connecting it to the popular MeterOnline remote reading service. It is a polyphase meter intended for use in Commercial/Industrial applications.. This 3-phase meter is MID approved and can be configured for dual tariffs such as Economy 7. It can measure both imported and exported energy, ideal for many renewable applications such as Solar PV. It is set up to measure the most common electrical parameters such as Energy (kWh), Power (W), Current (I), and Voltage (V).
This meter uses MeterOnline to display energy usage on an online portal at any location, on any device, or can be viewed via a CSV file sent to your desired email address. This online remote energy monitoring system could be used for Renewable Energy Generation Monitoring, Energy Management, Smart Meter Billing and more.
